Fall Protection And Roof Anchor Inspection Services

HITE provide's annual anchor inspections (annual window cleaning anchor inspections). Under the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations (OHSA), duty of care regarding facade access systems (building roof anchors, suspended platforms, monorails, roof cars, etc.) is the responsibility of building owners and managers.  As duty of care and due diligence are becoming increasingly stringent, it is important for building owners and facility managers to be confident that their facade access and fall protection systems are safe to use.  We offer the following services to ensure your systems are structurally safe, functional, and compliant with the OHSA requirements:

Annual Anchor Inspections

Annual anchor inspections are conducted in accordance with the latest applicable standards to visually review the system to ensure its integrity and functionality have not been compromised; followed by a comprehensive report listing remedial action(s) should they be required.

Non-Destructive System Testing

Non-destructive testing (load testing) of the system to confirm its integrity and ensure it has not been degraded over its service life.
